We partner with sustainable producers where-ever possible to source produce which has a minimal impact on our environment as we strongly believe that without sustainable measures, we will not be able to enjoy quality food in the future let alone enjoy the world we live in.
We give more back to the farmer, we ensure the animal and land is looked after and we ensure you get a product that not only has been produced in an ethical sustainable manner, but one that tastes bloody good too!

A delectable selection of our Saturday Sampling Menu's is coming to life over an 8 course degustation. (We did initially start with a 15 course degustation we have toned it to a respectable 8 that will fit in the belly!)
An Italian theme with some stunning dishes using produce from our wonderful farmers such as Esk River Free Range Pork, Thirlmere Free Range Poultry, Costa's Grassfed Beef and Booma Boer Goat to name a few
This 8 Course degustation will start with canapés on arrival and then move inside where we’ll have transformed the warehouse into an elegant setting with one long communal table seating 26 people and a few large tables of 8-9 people to experience this wonderful event. Anyone who has visited our warehouse will not recognise it on the night!

We are extremely proud to announce that we have donated well over 12,000 meals to OzHarvest and Mission Australia! That's an average of 110 people every week since 2010!
This was driven by Urban Food Market donating enough meat to these charities to make 5,000 meals in 2010 and another 7,000 meals in 2011/12.
